Pickled Walnut and Heirloom Tomato

Picketed Walnuts might just be my new favorite food!

Recipe:

One large heirloom tomato

One scallion

Two pickled walnuts 

Slice the tomato, chop the scallion both the white and green parts, slice each pickled walnut in half. Assemble and pour two to three teaspoons of the pickled walnut juice over the tomato.  It’s delicious!
